If you're not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 90 days, together with proof of purchase, for a full refund. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase. We are unable to refund or exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged or abused.

As stores re-open to customers, we are accepting returns, exchanges or damaged products at all open store locations on a limited basis. Kunwu Advanced Materials offers a 90-day return policy, however, if your receipt is expiring soon, we will take our closing and limited re-opening periods into consideration. You must have your receipt in order to return your product.

Please do not rush to return your products. We are adjusting to this new way of working and may experience longer lines. We look forward to seeing you again!
